Remove lib/ from .gitignore and commit built output so this fork can be installed directly via npm from GitHub without a build step. Includes webgpu2 branch merge from Tyriar/xterm.js (PR xtermjs#5666). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

This is a work in progress, I've still barely looked at the code but it appears to work and also be faster than webgl. This was only possible because of how good our shared renderer tests are.
